Varoma/Vel.1&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Entretanto cortar os legumes aos bocadinhos.&lt;br /&gt;Quando terminar o tempo colocar os legumes no copo, um bocado de tomate triturado, a água e o caldo knorr e programar &lt;strong&gt;15mn/Temp. 100º/ Vel. Colher Inversa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quando acabar o tempo partir o esparguete aos bocadinhos e colocar no copo, programar mais &lt;strong&gt;10mn/Temp. 100º/ Vel. A Bimby na Cozinha Regional Portuguesa&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 dentes de alho&lt;br /&gt;1 c. sopa sal&lt;br /&gt;1 c. chá pimenta&lt;br /&gt;1 c. sopa colorau&lt;br /&gt;1c. chá cominhos (mão usei)&lt;br /&gt;300g vinho branco&lt;br /&gt;1000g lombo de porco (usei rojões)&lt;br /&gt;1 folha de louro&lt;br /&gt;1 cebola&lt;br /&gt;60g banha&lt;br /&gt;1000g batatinhas (eu acompanhei antes com arroz branco)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Coloque no copo, os alhos, o sal, a pimenta, o colorau, os cominhos, e programe &lt;strong&gt;5 seg/Vel 5.&lt;/strong&gt; Eu também estava ansiosa pois o pequenino tinha ficado cá.&lt;br /&gt;Foi uma semana fantástica e se Paris já é conhecida pela cidade Luz na altura de Natal é resplandescente.&lt;br /&gt;O Pedro adorou e delirou com a Euro Disney&lt;br /&gt;O meu Tomás estava cheio de saudades nossas (eu tinha muitaaaaas deles) e até começou a andar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Agora vamos ao que interessa.&lt;br /&gt;Faço muitas vezes este prato e este molho é delicioso&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bife&lt;br /&gt;cogumelos frescos q.b&lt;br /&gt;vinho do porto q.b&lt;br /&gt;1 pacote de natas&lt;br /&gt;salsa&lt;br /&gt;sal e pimenta q.b&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fritar os bifes temperados com sal e pimenta&amp;nbsp;com um pouco de manteiga.&lt;br /&gt;Depois colocar os bifes num prato aquecido.&lt;br /&gt;Na frigideira onde se fritou os bifes, deitar os cogumelos e salteá-los.&lt;br /&gt;Depois acrescentar o vinho do Porto e deixar evaporar um pouco. Depois acrescenta-se as natas, tempera-se com sal e pimenta e deixar engrossar.&lt;br /&gt;No final colocar os bifes novamente na frigideira e polvilhar com salsa picada.&lt;br /&gt;Eu acompanhei com batata frita à rodela.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; Estava deliciosa e a carne desfazia-se na boca.&lt;br /&gt;Cá em casa não é prato habitual mas garanto que vai passar a ser.&lt;br /&gt;A receita é do ForumBimby&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;700 g de carne de porco aos cubos (eu usei vaca e 400 gr)&lt;br /&gt;800 g de batatas (usei cerca de 400 gr.)&lt;br /&gt;300 g de cenouras (usei 2 cenouras)&lt;br /&gt;200 g de feijão verde (usei ervilhas)&lt;br /&gt;1 cebola grande&lt;br /&gt;3 dentes de alho&lt;br /&gt;100 g de polpa de tomate&lt;br /&gt;50 g de azeite&lt;br /&gt;1 cubo de caldo de carne (não usei )&lt;br /&gt;1 folha de louro&lt;br /&gt;salsa q.b.&lt;br /&gt;pimenta e sal q.b.&lt;br /&gt;150 g de água&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lave e descasque as batatas, as cenouras, a cebola e os alhos. Corte as batatas em gomos e a cebola em pedaços. Retire as extremidades às cenouras, corte-as no sentido do comprimento e depois em pequenos pedaços. Lave o feijão verde, retire-lhe as extremidades e corte-os em pedaços pequenos na diagonal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Deite os pedaços de cebola e os alhos para o copo e ligue 5 seg, vel 5. Lembrei-me então de fazer uns rissóis de Pescada&lt;br /&gt;Do blog da Luisa Alexandra&amp;nbsp;copiei a receita do recheio, que aconselho vivamente, acrecentando delicias do mar. &lt;br /&gt;A receita da massa dos rissóis é do livro Base&lt;br /&gt;Ficaram tão bons, tão bons !!! o recheio é delicioso&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes Massa Rissóis:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;250 grs de água&lt;br /&gt;250 grs de farinha&lt;br /&gt;30 grs de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;5 grs de azeite&lt;br /&gt;1 pitada de sal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Começar por pesar primeiro a farinha e reservar.&lt;br /&gt;Coloque no copo a água, a&amp;nbsp;manteiga, o azeite e o sal e programe &lt;strong&gt;5 min., Temp.100º, Vel.1&lt;/strong&gt;. Junte a farinha de uma só vez&amp;nbsp;e programe &lt;strong&gt;20 seg., Vel.4.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Retire a massa e amasse mais um pouco com as mãos formando uma bola e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes Recheio:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2&amp;nbsp;lombos de Pescada &lt;br /&gt;500 gr. de Miolo de Camarão&lt;br /&gt;1 Cebola&lt;br /&gt;1 Dente de Alho&lt;br /&gt;Azeite&lt;br /&gt;500 gr. de Leite (usei 400 gr. de Leite + 100 gr. da água de cozedura do miolo de camarão)&lt;br /&gt;100 grs. de Farinha&lt;br /&gt;25 gr. de Margarina&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres (de sopa) de Creme de Marisco (sopa em pó)&lt;br /&gt;Pimenta e Noz-Moscada&lt;br /&gt;Salsa&lt;br /&gt;eu acrescentei delicias do mar cortadas aos cubinhos pequenos também&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No copo da bimby coloca-se a cebola e o dente de alho.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pica-se &lt;strong&gt;10 seg., vel. 5&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;Adiciona-se o azeite e programa-se &lt;strong&gt;7 min., vel. 2, temp. 100º.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Adiciona-se o leite, a água da cozedura do peixe (quem a quiser utilizar), a farinha, a margarina e as duas colheres (de sopa) de creme de marisco.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tempera-se com pimenta e noz-moscada.&lt;br /&gt;Mistura-se bem &lt;strong&gt;na vel. 5.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Programa-se &lt;strong&gt;5 min., vel. 3, temp. 90º.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Retirar da Bimby e envolver o peixe desfiado, o miolo de camarão e as delicias do mar, juntar também salsa picada, a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;Envolve-se tudo bem.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; 6 seg,vel-7&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;De seguida juntar ingredientes restantes,excepto &lt;strong&gt;1/2 da farinha-20seg,vel6&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Por fim adicionar as 300gr de farinha e amassar &lt;strong&gt;1 1/2min,vel espiga.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Deitar a massa na manga de pasteleiro e desenhar os biscoitos sobre o tabuleiro .Esta quantidade dá para 2 tabuleiros.&lt;br /&gt;Leve ao forno bem quente até alourarem. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; margin-right: 1em;"&gt;&lt;img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_HZtPAdaCKHE/SwheP24K9VI/AAAAAAAABE0/F6bfMjOMTH8/s320/249.JPG" yr="true" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tinha uns restos de frango estufado e como adoro empadas, lembrei-me que era uma boa maneira de usar.&lt;br /&gt;A receita da massa é a receita da Empada de&amp;nbsp;Galinha do Livro Base, mas eu fiz apenas a massa pois recheio já eu tinha.&lt;br /&gt;Eu vou colocar apenas a receita da massa de empada mas se alguém quiser a receita do livro base, do recheio de frango, diga que coloco-a aqui.&lt;br /&gt;Ficou deliciosa a empada!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes p/&amp;nbsp;a massa:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 ovo&lt;br /&gt;50 gr. de água&lt;br /&gt;50 gr. de azeite&lt;br /&gt;50 gr. de vinho branco&lt;br /&gt;80 gr. margarina/banha&lt;br /&gt;40 gr. fermento padeiro ou 1 carteira fermipan&lt;br /&gt;450 gr. de farinha aprox.&lt;br /&gt;1 c. chá de sal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Colocar no copo todos os ingredientes, execpto o ovo, o fermento&amp;nbsp;e&amp;nbsp;a farinha e programe &lt;strong&gt;2mn/temp.37º/vel.2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Junte os restantes ingredientes e programe &lt;strong&gt;2 mn/Vel. Espiga&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Deixe repousar 1/2 hora&lt;br /&gt;Retirar uma parte da massa para fazer a tampa. Estender a restante massa muito fina e forrar com ela o molde desejado, recheie com o frango arrefecido.&lt;br /&gt;Cubrir com a massa reservada para a tampa e unir os bordos de baixo aos de cima. È incrivel como o bacalhau é tão versátil e se consegue fazer pratos tão diferentes com o fiel amigo.&lt;br /&gt;Este prato é de facto delicioso, só não se pode abusar pois quando se come demais enjoa um bocadinho.&lt;br /&gt;A receita é do livro "A Bimby na Cozinha Regional Portuguesa".&lt;br /&gt;Eu fiz algumas adaptações pois aproveitei para cozer a batata para o puré no copo enquanto o bacalhau cozia na varoma&lt;br /&gt;Vou colocar a receita como fiz &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Postas de Bacalhau (eu usei 2)&lt;br /&gt;1 Cebola&lt;br /&gt;2 Dentes de alho&lt;br /&gt;80 g de azeite&lt;br /&gt;Sal e pimenta q.b.&lt;br /&gt;1 folha de louro&lt;br /&gt;Azeitonas para enfeitar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Maionese:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt; (receita do Forum Bimby)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 ovo, &lt;br /&gt;vinagre&lt;br /&gt;1/4 da medida de água, sal, &lt;br /&gt;400 g de oléo &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Colocar todos os ingredientes no copo, excepto o oléo e mexer durante &lt;strong&gt;uns seg, vel 5.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Programe &lt;strong&gt;vel 5,&lt;/strong&gt; coloque o copinho&amp;nbsp;ligeiramente inclinado e deite o óleo sobre a tampa para que vá caindo para dentro do copo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Uma vez colocado todo o óleo, comprove a textura em, se for necessário, junte o pouco mais de óleo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Puré de Batata:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt; (receita do Livro Base)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;600 gr. de batata &lt;br /&gt;cerca de 400 gr. de leite&lt;br /&gt;50 gr. manteiga&lt;br /&gt;noz moscada, sal e pimenta q.b&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Começei por fazer a maionese e reservei&lt;br /&gt;Dispus as postas de bacalhau escorridas na Varoma e no copo&amp;nbsp;coloquei as batatas e o leite (para depois fazer o puré)&amp;nbsp;seleccionei&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;35 minutos, temperatura Varoma/ Vel. Colher Inversa.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Depois retirei o leite e reservei e voltei a colocar 200 gr. no copo, acrescentei a manteiga, temperei com sal, pimenta e noz-moscada. Depois triturei &lt;strong&gt;20 seg./Vel.3&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Depois fiz o molho para se colocar sobre o bacalhau &lt;br /&gt;Molho: Coloquei no copo a cebola e os alhos e piquei durante&lt;strong&gt; 5 segundos à velocidade 5.&lt;/strong&gt; Juntei o azeite, a pimenta e o louro e seleccionei &lt;strong&gt;7 minutos, à temperatura 100 °C velocidade colher inversa.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br /&gt;( A receita dizia para depois se acrescentar 100 gr. da água da cozedura do bacalhau o que eu não fiz )&lt;br /&gt;Coloquei as postas de bacalhau numa travessa de ir ao forno, verti o molho por cima e cobri completamente com a maionese. 5 Seg/ Vel 5.&lt;/strong&gt; Retire e reserve. Tempere a carne com os alhos picados, a&lt;br /&gt;massa de pimentão envolva tudo muito bem e deixe repousar durante 2 horas. Programar &lt;strong&gt;20 mn/ Temp. 100º/ Vel. &lt;br /&gt;750 gr de leite&lt;br /&gt;90 gr de farinha&lt;br /&gt;40 gr de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;Sal e pimenta q.b&lt;br /&gt;Noz moscada&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;Coloque no copo, a cebola, cenoura, alho, e cogumelos, programe &lt;strong&gt;15 seg. vel.4,&lt;/strong&gt; abra o copo e desça com a espátula os ingredientes para baixo, programe mais &lt;strong&gt;5 seg. vel.5.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;Juntar o azeite, programar 8 min. temp. 100º, vel. Colher inversa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;Juntar a carne picada, a salsa, o tomate, vinho branco e o caldo de carne, programar 2&lt;strong&gt;0 min. temp. 100º vel. colher inversa. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;Reservar a carne&amp;nbsp;e sem lavar o copo preparar o molho béchamel colocando os ingredientes todos dentro do copo e programando &lt;strong&gt;9 min. temp. 90º vel. 4.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;Colocar num pirex as placas da lasanha e ir colocando a carne, um pouco de béchamel e mais placas, assim sucessivamente até terminar com o béchamel&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;Polvilhar com queijo ralado e levar a forno pré-aquecido a 180º até alourar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both;
